I was out of town earlier this week to visit an old friend, R. We had a girls´ night, another friend joined us also. It was nice seeing them but I couldn´t help noticing that things really have changed. We had a nice time but I think we both now realised things are not the same way they were when she left this city 4 years ago. I really don´t know why that is but during the visit I actually felt uncomfortable and uneasy at times. After all the crap I´ve been through with my friends throughout the years I´ve promised myself I wouldn´t put up with anything like that again... I hate it when I have to be the one who talks and keeps up the conversation. I´ve known R for almost 20 years and I have no idea what still keeps us in touch. We usually see each other 2-3 times a year when the "old gang" meets but I haven´t spent much time alone with her for ages. I guess this shows why... I´m not used to those kinds of conversations with Emma. I never have to think what say to her, there´s nothing I can´t say. I´m going to visit R later this summer but I´m gonna take H with me... :D How sad is that.

Today I visited The Biggest Loser homepage. It´s amazing how much the people have changed! It made me think of my own weight loss, I´ve lost 20 pounds in 7 weeks. What Kimmy said about still feeling like a big girl in the inside after losing weight... It´s so true and one of the things I´m "afraid" of. I guess I will always see myself as the Michelin girl. It´s been so long since I´ve felt this good about myself, and how much better I feel physically. I must admit that I´ve been a bit lazy the last few weeks about going to the gym...and we´re going on vacation tomorrow for a week so I won´t be able exercise as much I`d like to or have to.

Time for my yoga now. Laters. :)

I bet it's strange. Everytime i go home, it feels like my friends and i have to try to talk about stuff. When i come home they have to try to make room for me in their schedule of new friends, and it's kinda insulting cause i would make room for them if they ever visited me.

Hi, thanks for commenting. :)

I´ve heard people say it´s not what you eat, it´s how much you eat. I never really understood that until I joined the Weight Watchers. I recommend it to everyone wanting to lose weight. It might be hard at first, learning to count the points of EVERYTHING you eat and drink but it´s worth it. And it works.
I had lost some weight even before I joined them but after joining I realized I hadn´t eaten enough. I couldn´t believe it at first.

I eat porridge (rye and oats) with sugarless strawberry soup every morning. I also eat 2 slices of rye bread with low fat cheese, turkey, salad and tomato.

I eat lots of chicken, I may grow wings someday... I eat rice and potatoes more often than pasta but I try filling my plate with meat and salad. You should try the platemodel. 1/2 of the plate is for salad, 1/4 meat or fish and the last 1/4 for pasta, rice and potatoes. Of course the size of the plate counts also. ;)

I LOVE curd. 0,2% fat of course! :D You can add whatever you can think of... I use strawberries and blueberries, apple, orange, pineapple, banana. I don´t use real sugar, just sweeteners. We also have low fat ice cream here, it´s delicious.

I´ve changed everything I eat to low fat and you can tell the difference. It may take a while to get used to it but some of the products even taste better. I also eat every 3 hours, atleast!

I hope I gave you some help! :) And let me know how it goes :)
